Florida Deathfest added to North American Tour Dates.
Necrophagist will play the first Florida date in almost 2 years, what better occasion is there than supporting CARCASS? Suffocation, 1349, Aborted, Rotten Sound and Daath are also on the bill:

The show at "The Opera House" in Toronto/Canada on July 2nd during the Summer Slaughter 2007 tour was taped with 6 cameras. We posted a preview of what's about to be released on DVD

Romain Goulon joins Necrophagist
Romain Goulon joins Necrophagist as the official new drummer. The band and Romain look forward to working together on the new album.

The band wants to thank 'human metronome' Marco Minnemann for playing drums on last year's Summer Slaughter tour.
It was an honor and a lot of fun playing with one of the world's greatest drummers.
However, Marco Minnemann and Muhammed Suicmez decided to launch a whole new band.
Commented Muhammed: "I am very excited about this, because jamming with Marco inspires me to come up with great ideas and I have a lot of respect for Marco as a composer.
So forging a whole new style by mixing mine and his is something I can't wait to do, because not only is Marco one of the best drummers in the world, he is a great guitarist also."

Back from Summer Slaughter 2007!!!
The Summer Slaughter Tour lived up to its' title and proved itself to really be "The most extreme tour of the year".
Necrophagist thanks all bands for their cooperation and all fans that came out to experience an overwhelming assault of extreme metal.
You guys made this a huge success, with sold-out venues throughout the country...some of which Los Angeles, New York and San Diego,
each breaking the 1000 people-mark by far with BB King's/New York selling out in advance! Thank you very much!
To celebrate the end of a highly succesful tour in an appropiate way, IBANEZ Guitars and Necrophagist team up to offer a Guitar Giveaway.

Marco Minnemann is the new Necrophagist drummer!!!
Necrophagist is excited to announce Drumming phenomenon and luminary MARCO MINNEMANN as the new permanent drummer.
Marco will start playing drums for Necrophagist on the upcoming SUMMER SLAUGHTER Tour starting June 1st 2007, sponsored by
Ibanez, TAMA and Revolver Mag. The band is absolutely stoked to announce that Marco Minnemann will be drumming on
the NEW Necrophagist album, due in 2008. We can't wait to work on arranging the new songs with such an incredibly

Necrophagist will play the California Metalfest
Necrophagist will headline the 2nd day of the annual California Metalfest,
taking place at the Galaxy Concert Theater in Santa Ana, CA on March 31 & April 1.
Bay Area legends Testament will headline the festival's first day. It will also be Hannes Grossmann's very last drumming duty for Necrophagist,
who played drums on the band's last album "Epitaph" and all tours following the 2004 release. Don't miss this special show!!! Click here for further info on the fest.

Muhammed signs endorsement deal with Ibanez Guitars
Muhammed Suicmez signs an endorsement deal with Ibanez Guitars. The cooperation involves a whole new guitar model that will see the light of day in 2007.
Other than that, endorsement deals were recently signed with ENGL Amplification and ISP Technologies, the manufacturer of one of the best Noise Gate Units on the market.
After having used Ibanez Guitars and ENGL Tube amps while recording both "Onset Of Putrefaction" and "Epitaph" by choice, this just feels like the right thing to do.
